ROQUEFORT SALAD DRESSING

3 oz. Roquefort cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic salt

Crumble cheese into bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir lightly to mix. Chill and serve over crisp salad greens. Dressing must be stored in the refrigerator. It will keep for one week.
