RAMEN SLAW 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded and chopped fine 1 cup slivered almonds 2 large onions, shredded or chopped fine ¼ cup olive oil ¼ cup apple cider vinegar Top Ramen spice from 1 package noodles 1 package Top Ramen noodles, crushed or broken into small ½ inch pieces Mix first six ingredients together and chill. Just before serving, toss with broken noodles. Note: Do not add noodles until ready to serve because they become soggy. Serves 8 |
