| POPPY SEED DRESSING ¾ cup sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp salt ¼ cup cider vinegar 1 tablespoon onion juice (or ½ inch slice of an onion) ½ cup olive oil 1 tablespoon poppy seeds Put all ingredients except poppy seeds into a blender and liquefy until smooth, 3-4 minutes Add poppy seeds and stir gently. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. |
