| PICKLED BEAN SALAD 1 can cut green beans, drained 1 can garbanzo beans, including juice 1 can kidney beans, including juice 1 cup celery, sliced thin 1 onion, chopped ¼ inch pieces 1 green pepper, chopped ¼ inch pieces ½ cup apple cider vinegar ½ cup olive oil ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper Mix all ingredients together and marinate in the refrigerator over night. Just before serving add 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese. Note: You can substitute oil and vinegar for 1 cup Italian salad dressing if desired. |
