| MACARONI AND CHEESE SALAD 4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 1 (12 oz.) can chopped ham, cut into ½ inch cubes 1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into ½ inch cubes ½ cup celery, cut thin diagonally 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped ¼ inch pieces ¼ cup green onion, sliced thin 1 tablespoon pickle relish 2 tablespoons pimento, chopped ¼ inch pieces ½ cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon yellow mustard ½ teaspoon salt Combine all ingredients except mustard and mayonnaise. Blend mustard and mayonnaise together with salt. Add to salad and toss lightly. Chill - Serves 6 |
