CUCUMBERS AND SOUR CREAM

2 medium cucumbers, sliced thin across the width
1 cup onions, sliced thin across the width and divided into rings

Marinade:

2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped fine

¼ cup sour cream

Combine sliced cucumbers, onions and vinegar mixture together and marinate in the refrigerator over night. Before serving, drain liquid from the vegetables then stir in sour cream. Serve immediately.
