BOSTON BAKED BEANS

Preheat oven to 300 F.

2 large cans pork and beans
½ pound bacon, cooked, and diced
(Save back 1 tablespoon bacon grease to brown vegetables.)
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1 large onion, chopped into ¼ inch pieces
1 green pepper, chopped into ¼ inch pieces
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

In a large frying pan, brown vegetables in bacon grease. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into a glass 8x12 inch casserole dish and bake 300 F. for 3 hours.
