BEEF AND CORN PIE

Brown in a skillet
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
Drain - then add
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper

CORN MEAL CRUST

1 cup flour
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup margarine (soft)
3 to 4 tablespoons water

Mix flour, cornmeal and salt. Stir in margarine and enough water to make a soft dough.

Roll out and place in a 9 X 1 1/2 inch pie dish Bake for 25 minutes in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes Top with grated cheese and return to oven for about 5 minutes to melt cheese.
Serves 6-8
