| BEEF TERIYAKI 2 pounds sirloin or round steak 1 1\2 to 2 inches thick 1 can beef consume (condensed) 1 clove garlic 1\2 cup soy sauce 1\4 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1. Slice meat diagonally across grain about 1\4 inch thick. 2. Prepare marinade by combining remaining ingredients. Pour marinade over the meat and refrigerate over night. 3. Drain meat and broil 3-4 inches from heat about 5 minutes. Baste with marinade and broil other side. 4. Simmer remaining marinade to serve hot with meat. |
