CORN FLAKE STUFFING FOR TURKEY

1 large box corn flakes
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 large onion, grated
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 quart milk and or turkey juice

Crush corn flakes in a large bowl and set aside.
Add spices, celery and onion. Add just enough of the liquid to make the corn flakes moist but not soggy. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or till brown on top.
