| ITALIAN SAUSAGE 5 pounds ground pork meat 1 pound ground beef 4 teaspoons of salt 1/2 oz. fennel seed 1/2 oz. crushed red pepper 1 tablespoon paprika 1/2 cup water Toss meat with seasonings and water. Store in refrigerator over night. Shape into patties and place in individual freezer bags. Keep frozen until needed. |
