GRILLED CHICKEN LEMON AND HERB MARINADE

½ cup apple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
¼ cup onion, minced
½ teaspoon thyme leaves
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

Mix together well and pour over 4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts. Marinate in the refrigerator in a zip lock baggie or covered container for 2 to 3 hours. Grill, brushing with remaining marinade mixture until done.
