| GLAZED CHICKEN 2 pounds chicken pieces, legs, breasts, thighs, or wings 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon olive oil ¼ teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon powdered garlic Place chicken in a large zip-lock baggie or container. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the top of the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour to allow flavors to blend and soak in. Remove chicken from container and place pieces close together in a glass baking dish. Baste with remaining glaze. Bake chicken for 60 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately. |
