| LEFTOVER PASTA NOODLES WITHOUT SAUCE: 1. Serve again the following day by dropping noodles for a few seconds into boiling water, drain, and then serve hot with butter and salt. 2. Make Stir fry: Slice into very thin pieces any combination of the following vegetables. Onions, celery, carrots, broccoli, peas, Kholrabi, cabbage, zucchini, or peppers. Try to use three or four colors - perhaps a yellow summer squash, a red or yellow pepper, green peas, and an orange carrot. Cut raw chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and brown in butter until cooked and set aside. Add vegetables to the pan you cooked the chicken and stir fry in a small amount of butter or oil (1 tablespoon) until vegetables have reached the desired amount of tenderness. Add meat to vegetables. Stir in two cups of water mixed with two teaspoons corn starch. Over high heat, bring vegetables to a boil, stirring constantly to thicken and then toss meat and vegetable mixture with heated noodles. You can add a little olive oil with two or three teaspoons lemon or lime juice to the noodles before tossing to make a zippy flavor. 3. Try reheating the pasta and tossing with your favorite cream or alfredo sauce. 4. For a real quickie - grate your favorite cheese over the noodles, add a little butter or olive oil and reheat in the microwave. 5. Prepare a chilled pasta salad by adding julian sliced raw vegetables, such as purple onion, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots. Add grated cheddar cheese and toss with your favorite salad dressing 6. Prepare a warm salad by tossing hot pasta with chopped olives, pickled artichoke hearts, cooked shrimp, chopped onions, julian sliced red and green peppers, etc. Toss with freshly chopped cilantro, basil, minced garlic, lemon or lime juice.
