LEFTOVER HAM OR BACON


You can add bacon or ham to soups, or any number of casseroles calling for cured meat.

Make chopped ham sandwiches.

Make Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwiches

Add small amounts of ham or bacon to Clam Chowder for extra flavor.

Make toasted Ham and Cheese Sandwiches.

Grind to serve in popovers with mayonaise and ground celery & onions.

Make gravy from small amounts of left over meat to serve over rice, noodles, bread or potatoes.
