CANNED PEACH COBBLER

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Recipe requires one 8-inch square pan

1 quart canned peaches, drained
½ cup brown sugar (Optional, depending on how sweet you want your peaches.)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
¼ cup white flour
½ cup white sugar
¾ cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder

Drain juice from 1 quart sliced, canned or bottled peaches. Pour peaches into a medium sized bowl and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix flour, sugar, milk and baking powder together in blender or bowl. Melt butter and pour into bottom of pan.

Pour batter over butter. Don't stir. Spoon peaches over batter. Don't stir. Bake 350 F. for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
