GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST

Recipe requires one eight inch pie pan.

1 tablespoon powdered sugar
¼ cup butter
4 whole graham crackers, crushed with a rolling pin

Mash ingredients together, using a pastry blender or fork, until thoroughly blended. Press crumbs into a pie pan to form a crust about ¼ inch thick covering the bottom and sides of the pan. This can be done using your fingers or a second pie pan set on top of the crumbs to press and shape the crust. Chill before filling. Recipe makes one eight-inch crust.
