FRUIT SALAD DRESSING

Juice of one lemon, seeds removed
Juice of 1 orange
1 cup pineapple juice
¼ cup cornstarch
1 pint whipped cream

Suggested combination of fruit:

1 green apple, cored and diced but not peeled
1 red apple, cored and diced but not peeled
1 banana, sliced ¼ inch rounds
3 Kiwi, peeled and sliced ¼ inch rounds
1 cup pineapple chunks
½ cup yellow grapes
½ cup red grapes
1 peach or mango, peeled and diced into small pieces

Mix juices and cornstarch together in a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly for one minute or until mixture thickens. Place in a covered container and refrigerate.

Once mixture has thoroughly chilled, fold in one pint whipped cream. Pour over 6-8 cups of any combination of sliced or diced fresh fruit and chill until ready to serve.
