| CRANBERRY JELL-O 2 packages raspberry Jell-o 2 cups boiling water 2 apples, cored and chopped but not peeled 1 orange, peeled and cut into small pieces 1 cup celery, chopped 1 package fresh cranberries, ground 1 cup walnuts nuts, chopped 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including juice In a large saucepan, heat water to boiling. Set pan off the burner and add Jell-o. Stir until thoroughly dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a glass casserole dish and chill until set. |
