| WHEAT SNACKS Soak wheat 24 to 48 hours. Change water once or twice or boil 30 minutes. It should triple in bulk. Drain and rinse. Roll excess water out on paper towel so wheat won't spatter when you put it in the hot oil. Heat oil to 360 Degrees and deep fry 1 1/2 minutes. Drain on paper. Season to taste with salt and spices such as garlic, celery salt, onion salt etc. |
