| PEANUT BUTTER SNACKS Prepare in advance one lightly buttered 9x12 inch pan. 1 cup white sugar 1 cup light or dark corn syrup 1 ½ cups chunky peanut butter 6 cups cereal, any unsweetened kind such as wheat or rice puffs. Heat syrup and sugar to boiling. Boil for one minute. Remove pan from heat and add peanut butter. Pour over cereal. Mix thoroughly. Spread mixture into buttered pan. When cool, slice into serving portions. |
