LAURA'S MOM'S CHEESECAKE

In a blender, combine:
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 t. almond extract
1 c. cottage cheese
½ cup sugar or ¾ cup honey
Blend together until smooth.

To blender contents, add in small chunks:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
Blend each chunk until smooth, then add next one.

Pour into:
Graham cracker crust

Bake at 300 F. for 35 minutes.

Once cool, refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
