Printer Friendly HomeMUFFINS Preheat oven to 400 F. Recipe requires one greased 12 cup muffin tin. 1 egg ¼ cup butter, melted 1 cup milk 2 cups white flour 3 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons white sugar In a large mixing bowl, beat egg until frothy. Add butter and milk. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredient together. Pour dry ingredients all at once into wet ingredients and stir just to dampen the flour. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full of batter. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately. Makes 12 muffins. |
