MANDARIN ORANGE BREAD

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Recipe requires one 9” or two 8” greased and floured loaf pans

4 eggs
1 ½ cups white sugar
½ cup butter or margarine
2 ½ cups white flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ cups quick-cooking oatmeal
2 cans mandarin oranges, including juice
1 (3 oz.) package orange Jell-o, dry

In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar and margarine. Beat until light. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into greased loaf pans and bake for 45 - 50 minutes. Makes one to two loaves depending on the size of your pans.

Mix well. Bake 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. Makes two loaves.
