| ROOT BEER - DRY ICE 5 lbs. sugar 1 bottle root beer extract 5 gallons water About one hour before the root beer is needed, mix water, sugar and extract together in a five gallon can. Add 5 pounds dry ice. Caution: Do not completely cover the container. The gas must have room to escape. If dry ice is stored in an air tight container, it will explode. |
