If you have a blender there are a world of possible combinations. Experiment to find your favorite. It’s a healthy, tasty treat and easy to prepare If you have fruit threatening to spoil, don’t let it waste, slice it into bite-sized pieces and store it in the freezer.

FROZEN FRUIT DRINKS

Fill blender about 2/3 full with a frozen choice of:

Strawberries
Blue Berries
Bananas
Orange Sections
Apricots
Peaches
Honey Dew or Watermelon Chunks
Seedless Grapes
Pitted Cherries
Black Berries
Kiwi
Pineapple
Raspberries
Or other fresh fruits of your choosing.

Any combination you favor, just make sure it's frozen and seedless. Add honey or sugar - about ¼ cup per full blender load. Fill blender with desired amount of frozen fruit. Add just enough water or milk to cover fruit by one inch. Blend on high for a refreshing slush or shake. For variety, add a scoop of sherbet, yogurt or ice cream. Enjoy!
