HOLIDAY EGGNOG 2 eggs, well beaten 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla ¼ teaspoon nutmeg ¼ teaspoon salt 1 quart milk 1 cup whipped cream In a large saucepan or double boiler, combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, nutmeg, salt and milk. Over low heat, cook ingredients, stirring constantly until mixture is thick enough to coat the spoon. Be careful not to scorch. Chill. When ready to serve, fold in 1 cup whipped cream. All right! Stick 'em up. We'll have two of those please. |
